SPS Long distance induction heaters are consisted of SPS generator, long distance cable and hand-held heating head.  Power ranges from 30 to 60KW,  and output frequency 20KHZ around, cable length can be 20 or 40m long.  SPS machines can be used for copper connector brazing, copper tube brazing, surface heating and heating for coat removing , etc.

1. SPS classifications and main products
  (1)  SPS series products： SPS machines are consisted of SPS generator, long distance cable and Portable heating head with  3 or 5 meter long connecting cable.
  (2)  SPS-P series products： On the basis of SPS machines, PLC control is adopted;
  (3)  SPS-C series products:  On the basis of SPS machines, inner cooling system is designed;
  (4)  SPS-P-C series products:  On the basis of SPS machines, both inner cooling system and PLC control are adopted;

2. Working theory and acteristics
    SPS machines adopt series oscillating circuit, inverting high frequency power is output through transformer and oscillating cap to the heating head, and then output to coil for heating.



     In SPS machines, our latest third generation inverting and adjust technologies are adopted to realize soft switching of the IGBT components and independent adjusting of the power and frequency, so as to reach a marvelous heating feature of the machine.
